This project examines how urban regulation may constrain or enable emerging models for diverse housing supply. Extending recent research on urban planning and supply in Australia, it leverages new insights from industry through investigative panels in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth, and identifies strategies to support innovative housing structures and tenures.
